Position Overview: The Positive Education Collaborator will play a key role in building on this legacy, embedding Positive Education across curriculum, programs, and practices, while driving the creation of innovative initiatives that equip individuals with the knowledge and tools for long-term wellbeing. Reporting to the Head of Positive Education, this role involves collaboration across all four campuses to develop, deliver, and facilitate Positive Education programs.
Key Responsibilities: Work with Campus Positive Education Coordinators and cross-disciplinary teams to co-create educational experiences. Equip students and staff with proactive strategies and resources to support their wellbeing. Manage and consolidate Positive Education messaging for diverse audiences. Contribute to social media, newsletters, and blog posts. Ensure alignment with the Institute of Positive Education's broader vision. May include a 0.21 FTE teaching load or equivalent duties depending on skills. Qualifications and Skills: As the successful candidate, you will ideally have a strong understanding of Positive Psychology and/or Positive Education, with demonstrated expertise in wellbeing program development and facilitation. Experience as a highly accomplished educator or within an educational context is essential, alongside exceptional communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a passion for fostering a thriving learning community.
