Description Job Title: Director of Cost Management
Location: Brisbane, APAC Region
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our cost management team in Brisbane, APAC Region. Our company is an award-winning construction consultancy with ambitious goals to expand its global presence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader to play a critical role in driving the financial success of large-scale and complex construction, infrastructure, and energy projects in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and review of cost estimates and cost plans, including benchmarking. Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options to optimize project costs. Identify potential risks and assist with maintaining the Risk Register. Develop and prepare detailed cost control reports. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years of cost management experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, estimated at AU$150,000 - AU$200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
