The Position: Supervision of cleaners in relation to day to day cleaning, work within buildingControl of the cleaning budgetCarry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality control and service rotationsReceive and respond to emailsIssuing and Managing staff rosters, time sheetReview stock levels and complete the ordersMaintenance of cleaning records and compliance standardsDelivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customersAccess to staff discounts with companies including insurance and childcareTraineeship opportunities for eligible employeesInternal opportunities within our global organisationExperience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrialDemonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high level cleaning with an eye for detailNational Police clearance, within 3 months of issueSelf motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the jobProfessional presentation and customer serviceExcellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.To apply for this role please click on the 'apply' link and complete the online application.
