ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This highly respected and long-established specialist family law firm located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD is now recruiting for a Practice Manager.
This position involves overseeing and managing all aspects of the business, including but not limited to, HR, overseeing the Assistant Finance Manager (who manages all finance, trust and accounting practices); managing the administration team, and special projects. The firm is very organised and their policies, processes and procedures are well developed which allows for the smooth running of operations.

You will be reporting directly to the Partners of the firm and be given the opportunity to add value by identifying business improvements in order to increase growth, efficiency, and maintain and enhance its positive culture.
ABOUT YOU
You will have:
Experience as a Practice Manager or General Manager or Finance/Accounts Manager within a law firm; HR/people management, finance, and relationship management skills; Sound knowledge of Practice Evolve or Xero will be highly regarded but not essential. WHAT'S ON OFFER FOR YOU On offer is:
