Reporting to the Quality Assurance Team Leader, this role will be responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance team in managing the processes between Buyers and Suppliers to develop high quality garments across our entire range.
This role will be fundamental in ensuring that DECJUBA delivers and maintains superior women's and kids apparel product, driving strong sales with minimal markdown and minimal product return rates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Creating detailed tech packs for initial styles ensuring Buyers' requirements for styling, fit, and workmanship for supplier handover are met Compiling detailed fit comments for all fits (FFS/2FS/PPS/PS), enabling them to proceed to their next stage while ensuring all fit, key measures, workmanship and grading meets company standards and requirements Liaise with Suppliers regarding all quality, testing, construction, and fit issues – you'll be fully involved in your product range!
Leading and managing fit sessions, providing strong technical advice to ensure that Buying teams have full technical support while using time effectively and efficiently Nominating accurate and appropriate care labels along with correct fabric testing requirements for easy customer care, enabling quality to meet the lifetime of the garment ABOUT YOU Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a womenswear QA role, working a fast-paced retail environment Relevant tertiary qualification specialising in Fashion/Textiles Sound knowledge of garment construction, specifications, grading, and quality assurance with pattern making experience highly regarded Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills Strong commercial acumen Time management skills to manage workload with ease to prioritise all work on hand in line with CP deadlines Solutions focused with a can-do attitude for tasks big and small, with a strong ability to problem solve Strong administration and technical communication skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite BENEFITS Generous and unlimited team discount across all brands - up to 50% off and clothing allowance so that you look and feel AMAZING.
