We are looking for a dedicated Development Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Role Overview
The Development Sales Coordinator will work closely with GVG's Sales Director to ensure the ongoing and consistent delivery of off-the-plan sales across each of GVG's developments in alignment with the company's needs.
The role involves coordinating sales teams, managing documentation, monitoring deals, and assisting in client handovers.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating sales teams for each project Ensure sales teams are equipped with necessary documentation and training Develop, update, and issue sales contract documentation and OTP disclosure documentation Create and distribute Buyer Signing Checklists Monitor and update contract documentation as needed Deal and Contract Management Sales Reporting and Meetings Settlement Planning and Client Handover Assist in marketing and branding efforts, including attending GVG events Participate in client-facing events About you
Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the real estate or property development industry Real Estate Certificate of Registration (Queensland) Strong understanding of sales contract development and documentation Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to build relationships with various departments and stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Why Join GVG?
