About the role: We are seeking expressions of interest for a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team. In this role you will carry out general household/ commercial garden and lawn maintenance work for our clients across the Ipswich and Brisbane region, the site location for both teams is at our Sumner site.
Key Responsibilities: All aspects of gardening, lawn care and grounds maintenance. Provide support to the Team Leader to build positive team relationships that reflect the Aruma values. Provide support to our supported employees to develop new skills and achieve their employment goals. Complete tasks in alignment with instructions from Team Leaders.
