You will be responsible for delegating tasks, organizing equipment, working with the greenkeeping team, and planning for both new and established gardens.Daily duties will include but are not limited to:Planning and scheduling weekly, monthly, and seasonal goalsTraining and mentoring team membersAssisting with landscape design and managementSupervising and overseeing staff to ensure tasks are completed to a high standardBeing hands-on with landscaping and grounds workWhat you'll bring to the role:Along with management experience and knowledge of landscaping techniques, you will also have:Certificate III in Horticulture (Required)Strong communication skillsPractical experience working in a gardenAbility to give clear instructions, provide feedback, and handle issues effectivelyA genuine interest and knowledge of plant species and gardening techniquesAn appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.What you can expect from us:As part of our team, you'll enjoy several benefits, including a complimentary staff meal during each shift, free on-site parking, and uniform provided and laundered.
