Gardener

We are a small business with 6 employees and government contracts in place and have been running our business for over 20 years. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has great communication skills and gardening experience to potentially run/buy our very profitable business in a staged buy out. 
To start the successful applicant would join our team in a full-time position to learn the business, our hours of operation are 7.30-3.30 Monday - Friday.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Maintaining gardens in residential estates throughout Melbourne mainly the eastern suburbs. Specifically mowing lawns, hedge trimming, weeding, using herbicide, raking leaves to a neat and tidy standard.
