Mandatory Requirements: Gardening experienceHighly motivatedCan work independentlyPromote safety by following organizational work health and safety requirements and guidelines;Contribute to continuous improvement by involvement in staff meetings, planning days, and feedback mechanisms;Actively participate in education and training requirementsOther duties as requested by the Service Manager or Team LeaderMaintenance experience would be advantageousA current driver's license and car are required.As a Gardener, you will be required to: General garden maintenance - hedging, pruning of trees and shrubs, lawn mowing and edgingWeed controlFertilising and mulchingPlanting and laying turf.The shifts will be in the following suburbs: Mordialloc, Camberwell, Keysborough, Cranbourne, Croydon, Doncaster, Bullen, Boronia, and Bayswater. We do play the KM traveled between shifts.
