Garden Maintenance Workers

About Our Client Our client is seeking reliable Grounds and Garden Maintenance workers to service multiple large social housing sites around the Queanbeyan/Canberra area.
This Monday-to-Friday role offers a competitive hourly rate of $32.50, with all necessary tools provided to deliver high-quality landscaping and maintenance services.

Your Role: Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance : Mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge/tree trimming, weed control, and turf maintenance across multiple sites.
Garden Refreshing : Installing woodchip, mulch, and new plants as required.
Pressure Washing : Providing exterior pressure washing for buildings when needed.
Waste Management : Removing and transferring garden waste to authorized disposal stations with the team leader.
What You Bring: Prior experience in grounds or landscaping maintenance (preferred).
Familiarity with ride-on mowers and whipper snippers (advantageous).
Ability to multitask, work independently, and make quick, sound decisions.
High standards of integrity, reliability, and customer service skills.
Willingness to work outdoors and complete tasks efficiently.
Own PPE and, ideally, your own transport (or willingness to travel with the team leader).
