We are passionate about delivering high-end horticultural and total garden management to all our clients.
We are expanding and seeking qualified Horticulturists / Gardeners / Greenkeepers | Lawn Technicians or equivalent to be valued team members.
In this role, you will be working with the team and autonomously carrying out all aspects of lawn and garden maintenance, lawn renovations, and occasional soft-scaping works.
What we Offer: Friendly team and work environment.The opportunity to work on beautiful properties such as private farms and estates, cellar doors, and holiday homes.Above-award wages - paid weekly and on time.Opportunity to take the next step in your career.Tools and uniforms provided.Preferred Skills and Experience: Qualification in horticulture, greenkeeping, or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of industry experience.High skill level with zero-turn mowers, whipper snippers, hedging, lawn renovation equipment, and other garden power tools.Sound knowledge of turf and plants including pests and diseases.Lawn renovation and turf spraying experience.Current manual driver's licence and able to drive a ute/truck (car licence) and trailer.The successful applicant will: Have a passion for garden maintenance and turf care and a 'Can-Do attitude'.Be well-presented and motivated.Take pride in their work and have excellent attention to detail.Have outstanding communication and customer service skills.The ability to work independently and in a small team.Full-time and casual positions are available. Remuneration will be negotiated based on previous experience and proven skill set after a 3-month trial.
