About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Campbell and George as a Gaming Host. Campbell and George is part of The Vikings Group of venues in the ACT and NSW. As a Gaming Host, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our clients at our Campbell & George venue. This is a full-time role based in Queanbeyan, NSW.
What you'll be doing Delivering exceptional customer service to gaming patronsAssisting customers with gaming machine operations and troubleshooting any issuesPromoting responsible gambling practices and adhering to relevant regulationsMonitoring gaming floor activity and ensuring a safe and secure environmentMaintaining accurate records and reporting on gaming activitiesSupporting the venue management team with various administrative tasksWhat we're looking for Proven experience in a customer service or gaming host role, preferably within the hospitality or gaming industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customersExcellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsFamiliarity with gaming regulations and responsible gambling practicesThe ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidaysWhat we offerAt Campbell and George and The Vikings Group, we are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment where our employees can thrive.
