We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you'll be the vital point of contact for our valued customers, handling everything from Order Entry and EDI orders to managing SharePoint queries, RMAs & Credits, and Back Order Management.
You'll also engage in inbound and outbound calls, making every interaction count!

Reporting directly to the Customer Service and Technical Manager, this role will be based at our office in Wetherill Park.
Duties & responsibilities: Efficiently handling order entries, including sales orders, credit notes, RMAs, and on-consignments, while effectively managing various types of back orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Proactively following up on outstanding RMAs, ensuring the integrity of RMA Pronto data and maintaining accurate records for smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
Screening and processing EDI orders to streamline operations, while promptly addressing daily sales inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and order status to enhance customer experience.
Delivering exceptional customer service by making outbound calls to customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring all inbound calls are answered within established service level standards, all while adhering to the guidelines and prioritising safe work practices.
Experience & attributes: Previous experience in Customer Service, however not desirable A strong understanding of phone-based Customer Service skills High level of written and verbal communication skills Be able to demonstrate a high level of competency in the management of Customer Service Phone KPI's Knowledge in MS Office and CRM software; Proven communication and negotiation skills; Excellent time management and planning skills Benefits & provisions: Laptop provided Quarterly onsite events Supportive work environment About us IPD Group is a dynamic ASX listed, Australian owned business.
