The job needs someone with a can-do attitude, exceptional service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The role requires a reliable person available for evenings, night shifts, and weekends.
General waiting and service duties of food and beverages such as coffee, snacks, and bartending.Professional service/supply, dispensing/mixing of liquor and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.Welcoming and engaging with customers, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.Assisting with gaming machine operations, answering phones, and checking accommodation guests in and out.Providing excellent customer service by attending to customer needs promptly and courteously.Monitoring gaming areas to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.Assisting with cash handling, machine payouts, and general administration tasks.Promoting responsible gambling practices and offering support if required.Collaborating with team members to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the gaming lounge.Ensure a good understanding of all food and beverage offerings throughout the venue, including being well versed in all menus available, food service systems, and till operations.Follow Safe Work Procedures at all times.Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).Any other duties directed by Management.APPLICATIONSHave a current copy of your resume ready to upload.Australian residents or unrestricted visa holders only.Must currently live in or near Whyalla with a license and vehicle.Immediate start available.Complete all steps of the application.Only applicants who live in or near Whyalla and are Australian residents or have working rights in Australia will be considered.Eyre Hotel
