This role offers an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals and families experiencing the harms of gambling.
The program delivers specialist, evidence-based therapeutic counselling using an integrated, holistic, and person-centered approach.
You will work closely with other professionals, including Financial Counsellors and specialists in mental health, alcohol and drug dependency, to provide tailored support.
In this role, you will assist individuals and families to manage and stabilise gambling-related behaviours, helping them maintain positive changes post-counselling.

ABOUT YOU You are a compassionate and highly skilled professional with a strong background in therapeutic counselling and a passion for supporting individuals and families experiencing gambling-related harm.
You excel in providing person-centered care and facilitating positive change processes.
Key skills and attributes: You love to learn and improve in a caring consistently engaging and supportive environment You have demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience in delivering therapeutic counselling You maintain meticulous client records, case notes, and statistical data to support service quality and program delivery You are confident in initial needs identification based on presenting issues.
