Key responsibilities Manage your portfolio of clients and relationships effectively. Provide expert advice on commercial and taxation matters. Oversee workflow processes, ensuring thorough review of compliance work. Business Advisory work including cash flow forecasting and budgeting etc. Ensure timely completion of all compliance reporting and lodgement. Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 accountants, provide coaching and guidance. Skills and Qualifications 7+ years' experience within an Australian public practice firm. Completion of an accounting, finance or commerce degree. Australian or New Zealand permanent residency. CA or CPA qualification in Australia. Deliver great client experience. Experience leading and managing accountants. Professional, problem-solver and flexible. Have excellent communication skills and technical knowledge.
