About Furner's Hotel

Historic Furner's Hotel in the heart of Ulverstone is currently seeking passionate team members to join the Food and Beverage crew. We are looking for a Bistro Attendant to join our team; with a comfortable bistro, excellent budget accommodation, and a gaming room, Furner's attracts locals and tourists alike with its broad menu, history, and amazing staff. What you can expect in a day in this role:

In this role, you will be responsible for attending to enquiries from our guests, preparing and dispensing beverages, delivering food, and taking orders, all with exceptional customer service as your focus. You will be confident in upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Bistro as well as be willing to assist across all areas of the Hotel.

What You Will Bring To The Role:

We Are Also Looking For: Demonstrated cash handling proficiencyKnowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and proceduresAn understanding of food & beverage products and servicesCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and the ability to obtain a Responsible Conduct of Gaming Certificate (RCG)Ability to work a variety of night, weekend, and public holiday shiftsAn appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
