You'll lead requirement gathering, documentation creation, support comprehensive testing, and act as a scrum master to facilitate successful project execution. Initially, this role will focus heavily on supporting the operational and software testing and test administration of our automated customer fulfilment centres, ensuring a seamless transition to live operations. This will involve hands-on involvement in various operational testing phases, from user acceptance testing (UAT) to the successful processing of the first customer order. Following this initial phase, the role will evolve into a broader Functional Business Analyst position within the Process & Analytics Chapter, focused on data analysis, process improvement, and agile project management within the eCom Future Network tribe.Analysis and Modeling: Analyse data and build models to support concept development, costing, and the implementation of new fulfillment solutions.Business Analysis: Gather, document, and analyse requirements to bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions.Project Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process flows, data models, and use cases.Scrum Leadership: Serve as a scrum master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing the sprint backlog, and ensuring timely delivery.Testing and Test Admin Preparation: Support comprehensive testing of the automated site, including UAT and first order processing. Prepare test data and test resourcing requirements.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with diverse stakeholders across Operations, Culture & People, Technical Teams, Network, Replenishment, and more to achieve project goals.This role will initially be based on-site at the Auburn Automated CFC for the first 6 months. Following this initial period, the role will transition to a hybrid model for the remaining 3 months, with flexibility to work from Auburn, Surry Hills, and home.What you'll bringPrevious experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.Technical: Intermediate-level proficiency in G-Suite, BigQuery/SQL for data extraction, and JIRA/Confluence. MS Excel skills.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Software/operational testing: Experience in Software/operational testing including test execution, defect reporting, and ideally experience with UAT in an e-commerce, supply chain or similar environment.Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
