As part of the busy Events Management Team, you will play a key role in the seamless coordination of events, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection.
Event Coordination Managing a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, charity galas, and more.
Key Tasks Preparing event run sheets, floor plans, and schedules.
Conducting site inspections and client meetings.
Managing bump-in/bump-out logistics and post-event administration.
Liaising with kitchen and floor staff for smooth event execution.
Ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
Core Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years in hospitality or event coordination.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, time-sensitive tasks, and high standards of service.
Event management or hospitality roles are preferred.
Skills: Organisational: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
Tech Competency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, event management software, CRM tools, and administrative reporting.
