The Role: Securitas is expanding rapidly in Australia, and we're seeking experienced Corporate Security Officers to join our team in Macquarie Park. This is a full-time, roving role offering the chance to work with a prestigious global client. You'll be delivering top-tier security services, ensuring the safety of both people and property while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Shifts: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off.
What You'll Do: Use your strong customer service skills to engage with internal and external stakeholdersProvide security systems training and maintain operational best practicesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresProtect people, property, and assets, especially in emergency situationsConduct site patrols and respond swiftly to incidentsAssist visitors, employees, and contractors while ensuring access complianceWrite clear, concise reports and handle communication via two-way radiosDemonstrate professionalism in your presentation and interactionsUse MS Office and other systems to maintain records and reportsUse your conflict resolution skills to de-escalate challenging situationsWhy Join Us?
