In this full-time position, you will operate LO and LF forklifts to efficiently pick and put away stock, utilizing RF scanning technology to support our inventory management efforts.
Position Summary: As a Warehouse Picker, your work will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations. The role requires a 3:00 AM start, Monday to Friday, with optional weekend shifts available.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick stock from designated inventory locations.Efficiently put pallets away in racking locations.Wrap pallets for secure storage.Utilize RF scanning technology for effective inventory management.Participate in stocktaking to maintain accurate records.Handle meat, cheese, and other refrigerated perishable stock.Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as needed.Skills Required: Experience working in a refrigerated environment (3 degrees Celsius) or willingness to do so.Valid LO & LF forklift license required.Previous LO & LF driving experience is desirable.Strong ability to follow and give clear instructions.Physically capable of consistently lifting boxes weighing 10-20 kg.Benefits: Competitive salary package.Flexible working arrangements.25% employee discount for you and a family member.Opportunities for career development and advancement.Be part of a team making meaningful improvements in a thriving business.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for warehouse operations, we encourage you to apply and join our team at Harris Farm Markets.
