BMHE Is looking for Full time warehouse / installation team members! EXPERIENCE We are looking for someone who has worked in a warehouse environment. Packing and dispatching orders through to completing stock take.
It's preferable but not necessary to have forklift experience.
Having previous experience will help the transition into our family business.
SKILL SET - Drivers license (a must, ability to drive manual is a bonus)

- Able to pass a police check (For installations that often occur in prisons.)
- Working With Children's Check (For installations that occur in Schools)
WHAT THE POSITION ENTAILS WAREHOUSE | Building Frames | Packing Orders | Local Deliveries | Forklift Usage |
You'll be working in conjunction with a full-time and casual co-worker, fulfilling orders, building pallet racking frames and longspan frames. These tasks require lifting and manual handling heavy items daily. Along with the pallet racking and longspan, you will also help collate other orders, from wheelie bins to tubs to packaging supplies and complete local delivery runs when necessary.

We install pallet racking around Victoria. Most of the time installations are 1 day or 2-day installations around Ballarat and surrounding areas. Sometimes installations require a night away from Ballarat, either to continue completing the job the next day or to ensure a safe travel back to Ballarat. The process for installations is simple but can be labor intensive. Sometimes installing racks into cold rooms and freezers. Very brief overview of installation is - Pack the order, travel, unload order, stand up frames, lock in beam to client's specifications, drill into concrete and stabilize with M10 Concrete Screws. Tidy up and head back to BMHE. Installations are done in pairs unless a third person is needed.

At BMHE we can train you up and provide access to complete licenses and tickets (other than drivers license) to further your ability to do installations. "Ability to complete online inductions" is listed because, as much as your role is hands on, being able to complete online or in person inductions is a computer skill that is a must. 99% of places we install pallet racking in, you need to an induction before or on site.
