Our Bound concept store is a bespoke bookstore and boutique espresso bar, focused on delivering the finest local produce and supporting Queensland merchants.
To be successful, you will need: Previous Barista experience or experience working in a Café An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment preferably in a hospitality/retail environment Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards Commitment and accountability to ensure you and your team are performing at their best To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions A strong work ethic and passion for delivering results in a competitive environment To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning and late nights We are actively interviewing for this role, so Apply today so you don't miss out!
