Your responsibilities will be to:
Provide customer service above and beyond expectationsSupervise Service staff including our junior work forcePrepare weekly rostersSurprise and delight customers with a consistent pleasant manner and courteous serviceEnsure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stockedMaintain accurate department signage and pricingMaintain back stock in good orderMaintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environmentFollow and comply with all applicable health and safety proceduresThe right person:
