Your responsibilities will be to: Provide customer service above and beyond expectations Supervise Service staff including our junior work force Prepare weekly rosters Surprise and delight customers with a consistent pleasant manner and courteous service Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked Maintain accurate department signage and pricing Maintain back stock in good order Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures The right person: Will have previous experience working in retail Be customer focused Enjoy working in a team environment Have excellent communication skills Be passionate about good food Is flexible in availability, it's a busy store across 7 days!
