A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a business orientated Store Manager to lead our Prouds the Jewellers team in Port Lincoln. What we are looking for:

An experienced high performing leader and Manager with an understanding of our business
An ability to provide unbeatable customer service
A current track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs
Demonstrated ability of mentoring and coaching Team Members to shine and succeed
A passion for merchandising and stock management whilst thriving in our busy sales environment
What you will be doing:

Manage and drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets, whilst achieving your own personal targets
Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences
Recruiting, training and coaching Team Members to become top performers
Providing high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set up guidelines
Completing general operations and administration duties
