Full Time Retail Team Leader - Darwin Airport

We are in search for a passionate individual who is looking for growth in a leadership role to join our News Travels/ Australian Way store at Darwin Airport.
Your role as Team Leader will be to support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store and lead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers.
What we are looking for:

Minimum 2 years retail experience working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
A drive to lead your team to achieve goals and target
Have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results
A positive, energetic, and can-do attitude
Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency
Full work rights required to be considered for this position

As we operate in a dynamic airport environment where our stores are constantly trading, the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends is essential.
