As a Qualified Baker at Bakers Delight, you will be responsible for Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistants Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery Assisting with stock control and production expenses Providing delightful customer service when requiredAs a passionate baker, you will need to Have completed qualification in BREAD BAKING OR BAKINGBe a team playerBe used to starting work earlyBe comfortable working in a busy production environment Take pride in producing high quality productsLove seeing customers enjoy their products In return, we offer The opportunity to work with an well-renowned brand, while also maintaining the feeling of a family-owned businessThe opportunity to use your craft, in a passionate environment At Bakers Delight, our Apprentice Bakers are responsible for: Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needsMaintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakeryProviding delightful customer service when requiredAssisting with stock control and production expensesTo be considered for this 'roll', you will need to: Have a passion for bakingBe willing to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeshipBe a morning person! Some shifts commence from 2amHave a positive attitude, love working in a team environment and learning new skillsBe prepared to work hard and love getting your hands dirtyBe available to work a 7 day rotating roster.Have basic literacy and numeracy skills*To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident. Apprentices will receive formal training and support from day one.
