About us
Kelly's Place is a well established parent run community based non for profit centre within Crows Nest with a strong reputation for creating genuine deep relationships.
We enrol up to 40 children per day aged between 0-5 years.
Our philosophy highlights play based relational pedagogy; positive identities; and continuous collaboration as a community of learners.
The Role
As the Non Teaching Director you will oversee all operations of the centre.
You will be Nominated Supervisor.
You will lead, guide and mentor a dedicated team and together develop an innovative play based curriculum for children aged 0-5 years.
You will work alongside a committed volunteer management committee and be supported by an organised administrator.
Responsibilities
You will oversee the community vision, compliance, financial matters, policy and procedure development, risk assessments, staffing, enrolments, rostering, insurances, curriculum, and excursions.
