Full-Time Night Shift Potwasher/Cleaners - Dnata Melbourne

We are an international Facilities Management organisation looking for Experienced cleaners to work at DNATA Catering Melbourne.
The ideal applicants will be well presented, proactive and able to work well on their own.
They will also be able to use their initiative in their daily routine to provide services that are of a high standard.
Please Note:  Applicants for this position must have full time working rights in Australia and have availability to work 2300-0700 shifts.
Daily duties will include but not be limited to Washing used pots, pans and associated cooking utensils so they can be used by chefs in production kitchens.
Ensuring required clean stock levels meet production kitchen requirements in terms of quality of clean and volume of equipment.
One area dedicated to pots and pans used in Halal food production a separate pot wash used for soiled non-Halal production.
Manual handling of used and clean pots and pans.
Using commercial dishwashing equipment on site.
Engaging with production kitchen users about their equipment and quality needs Applicants must have Cleaning Experience in various aspects of cleaning Full work rights in Australia Knowledge of chemical use and PPE Understanding of OHS practices Well-presented and ability to follow safety instructions Must be able to pass an Australian National Police Clearance Demonstrate Working Rights in Australia Good communication skills For the right applicants, we provide uniforms and full training.
