Full-Time Management Accountant - Hybrid RoleSeeking Management Accountant for Full-Time Position Bank Orange is a leader in the financial services sector in Central West NSW.

Bank Orange is seeking a Management Accountant who will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
The position offers a broad range of responsibilities along with the opportunity to achieve work-life balance in regional NSW.
As a person, you would be described as analytical, with a can-do attitude and someone who enjoys helping others. You will take pride in your work and have an energised outlook on life generally.
Position: Management AccountantContract Type: Full-time 38 hours per weekExperience: Minimum part qualified with appropriate experience
Key Responsibilities: Compliance with Bank Orange policies, governance processes, and standardsProactive problem-solving attitude and solutions-based thinkingSupporting the CFO in preparation of the Annual Budgeting cycleEnsuring the provision of accurate management and Board information, investment and regulatory reporting, and financial analysisCompleting month-end closure requirements (pre-month end checks, ledger close, accruals, and prepayments)Completing provisioning, arrears, and delinquencies review and reportingCompleting payroll, superannuation, payroll tax, and director paymentsCompleting accounts payable processParticipating in projects in accordance with budget and strategic goals for the organisationSkills and Qualifications: Working toward completion of Accounting qualificationsGood verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work both autonomously and within a team environmentStrong time management and organisational skillsAdvanced Excel management experienceAttention to detail with strong analysis skillsExperience with Regulatory reporting - highly regarded but not essentialFinancial Services background - highly regarded but not essentialExperience in financial accounting and reporting rolesWhy Join Us: You will be joining a supportive, diverse, and collaborative team.
