Seeking Management Accountant for Full-Time Position
Bank Orange is a leader in the financial services sector in Central West NSW.

Bank Orange is seeking a Management Accountant who will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
The position offers a broad range of responsibilities along with the opportunity to achieve work-life balance in regional NSW.
As a person, you would be described as analytical, with a can-do attitude and someone who enjoys helping others. You will take pride in your work and have an energised outlook on life generally.
Position: Management AccountantContract Type: Full-time 38 hours per weekExperience: Minimum part qualified with appropriate experience
Key Responsibilities:

Compliance with Bank Orange policies, governance processes, and standards
Proactive problem-solving attitude and solutions-based thinking
Supporting the CFO in preparation of the Annual Budgeting cycle
Ensuring the provision of accurate management and Board information, investment and regulatory reporting, and financial analysis
Completing month-end closure requirements (pre-month end checks, ledger close, accruals, and prepayments)
Completing provisioning, arrears, and delinquencies review and reporting
Completing payroll, superannuation, payroll tax, and director payments
Completing accounts payable process
Participating in projects in accordance with budget and strategic goals for the organisation

Skills and Qualifications:

Working toward completion of Accounting qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
Strong time management and organisational skills
Advanced Excel management experience
Attention to detail with strong analysis skills
Experience with Regulatory reporting - highly regarded but not essential
Financial Services background - highly regarded but not essential
Experience in financial accounting and reporting roles
