Full Time Family Law Solicitor

We are looking to grow our team! We are a boutique family law practice located in Cronulla.
That's right, no conveyancing or wills.
We are right near the beach, and love our lunchtime walks.
We can work partly from home, and have time flexibility when family needs arise.
We would consider an out of town placement for the right person to work fully remotely.
Our team are collaborative, warm and welcoming – we look after each other.
We love great food, our snack cupboard is always well stocked.
We love any excuse for a celebration – and especially love birthday cake.
To keep us at the top of our game, we have a weekly family law education session (over breakfast – more food!) We want to keep our clients out of the court and help them resolve by agreement.
We want to help 8,849 people settle by consent by 2033 – that's our Mt Everest goal.
We believe family lawyers are a force for good! We are looking for someone with 3 years minimum of family law experience, and particularly property matters.
Ideally, we'd love to find someone full-time, but we could work with 3 days a week as a minimum.
We really need someone who can step in and confidently work on their own files with routine top-line supervision.
