Our focus is on delivering a quality experience in every aspect, from food and drink to entertainment.What you can expect in a day in the role:Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be expected to be hands-on with the daily operations, including gaming across the Hotel. You'll lead and manage a close-knit team during your shift, always ensuring exceptional customer service while fostering strong relationships within the community.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Supervise and lead the team on shift to complete all requirementsSupport and provide exceptional customer service, assisting with handling complaints and issues during the shiftAssist with staff scheduling and break management in coordination with the Hotel ManagerEnsure health, safety, gaming and hotel operations procedures are followedWhat you will bring to the role:Demonstrated practical experience in the delivery of quality customer service, preferably in the areas of food and beverage, and gamingDemonstrated effective communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a teamWell-rounded, current gaming knowledge, and applied knowledge of relevant legislation/regulations applicable to the hospitality industryAvailability and flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts which may include public holidaysCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) CertificatesA successful applicant to the role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.What you can expect from us:Along with this fantastic role and Federal Hospitality discounts across our hospitality and tourism properties, you will also receive:Access to hundreds of discounts across many brands, helping you save on everyday expenses, including phone bills, fuel and groceries, fashion, restaurants, and entertainmentSupportive work environment with learning and development opportunitiesInterested?
