What you can expect in a day in the role: Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be expected to be hands-on with the daily operations, including gaming across the Hotel.
You'll lead and manage a close-knit team during your shift, always ensuring exceptional customer service while fostering strong relationships within the community.
Your duties will include, but not limited to; Supervise and lead the team on shift to complete all requirements Support and provide exceptional customer service, assisting with handling complaints and issues during the shift Assist with staff scheduling and break management in coordination with the Hotel Manager.
Ensure health, safety, gaming and hotel operations procedures are followed What you will bring to the role: Demonstrated practical experience in the delivery of quality customer service, preferably in the areas of food and beverage, and gaming Demonstrated effective communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team Well-rounded, current gaming knowledge, and applied knowledge of relevant legislation/regulations applicable to the hospitality industry Availability and flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts which may include public holidays Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) Certificates A successful applicant to the role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
