The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on skills in Node.js and React as well as a solid knowledge of AWS infrastructure.
This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and the ability to collaborate in a high-performing engineering team.
You will work closely with the engineering lead, product managers and stakeholders within the business to ensure the success of our projects and the growth of our engineering capabilities.
Our team is building the software that will run our entire business.

We are looking for a software engineer who wants to join a strong engineering team and culture as we transition from a buyer of software to a maker of software.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise:Demonstrate competence in Node.js/Typescript for API implementation and code reviews.Hands-on React skills with Tailwinds CSS builder experienceParticipation in Next.js framework, knowing best programming practices between backend and frontend implementationExperience in relational databases such as PostgreSQLBe knowledgeable in DevOps practices, including AWS or GCP cloud services and Terraform tool, along with CICD such as GitHub ActionsTest Driven Development:Being able to implement unit and integration automation tests with modern test suites such as Cypress or Playwright frameworksFollowing test plan with QA team.
Achieve the best coverage for end-to-end automation testsExperience in Modern Software Development PracticesAdvocate and implement appropriate methodologies within the team.Join appropriate solution delivery ceremonies, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows and strong collaboration with the product team.Process Improvement:Expose to scrum framework.
Being able to propose process improvements during sprint retrospectives.Identify, document, and implement engineering processes to improve the team's quality of work and output.Communication and Problem Solving:Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate technical considerations to non-technical personnel.Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, addressing challenges effectively.Do what you say by clearly communicating technical strategies and following through on plans.Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in full-stack implementation and working cross-functionally with product and QA teams.Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Node.js/Typescript, React, PostgreSQL and automation testsSolid knowledge of DevOps, AWS (or GCP), Github Actions, TerraformAbility to understand business requirements and follow technical solutions in JIRA tickets within the Scrum frameworkExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.Ability to think critically and solve complex problems effectively.How to Apply: If you are passionate about leading engineers and driving technical excellence, we would love to hear from you.
