What you do: As a Full-Stack Java Developer, you will be working as part of cross-functional technology team and providing thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure the highest quality and fit-for-purpose for our platforms. You will also be accountable for building products in line with the technology strategy and product roadmaps.
You will be a practitioner level digital software engineer in your respective domain and have the technical ability to observe/analyse software engineering/development practices and drive the practice maturity and capability uplift.
This role is suitable for a development practitioner with solid commercial experience in designing, developing, and running complex systems, to play a pivotal role in the company-wide digital transformation.
