Your day-to-day responsibilities will include making critical decisions regarding the quality, reliability, efficiency, and performance of components or features. You will also participate in design discussions, lead code reviews, mentor junior team members, and help define our team's processes and coding standards. Your expertise in diagnosing and fixing performance bottlenecks in complex web applications will be highly valued.
