About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to play a key role in driving their MarTech initiatives. As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic MarTech solutions. You'll work closely with solution designers, business analysts, product owners, and other team members in an agile delivery environment. Your technical expertise and ability to collaborate across teams will be critical in designing robust, secure, and high-performing systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code for both backend and frontend applications hosted in the cloud.Providing guidance on the development and management of MarTech systems, ensuring solutions are secure and maintainable.Engaging in end-to-end solution design and peer reviews, collaborating with teams across development, testing, and business operations.Supporting the rollout of enterprise digital measurement by identifying and documenting business and technical requirements.Analyzing data to provide actionable insights that enhance conversion rates and improve user engagement.Implementing big data capture techniques and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.Writing high-quality, testable code with thorough documentation.Troubleshooting and upgrading existing systems to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.Creating dashboards and reports that help stakeholders meet their business goals. About You
You are a talented full-stack developer with a passion for driving MarTech solutions. You possess strong technical skills and are comfortable working across backend and frontend systems. Collaboration and attention to detail come naturally to you, and you enjoy solving complex challenges while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key qualifications:
5+ years of experience with MarTech tools, with expertise in platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, AEP, or Tealium.Strong understanding of ETL processes and experience with cloud technologies like Azure or AWS.Knowledge of backend technologies, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.Experience with visualizations and analytics is a plus.Development background with a focus on application development or digital marketing.Please apply for more information, or reach out to Scott at scott.bimrose@ mane.com.au
