Fuel Product Manager

Marketing Offer Development team here at bp drives the vision and strategy for Mobility and Convenience Europe as the preferred brand of choice for our customers. With a team consisting of an agile squad of marketing experts across various strategic growth projects on new offer/ format.
The Fuel Product Manager sits within this team and supports the agile squad on project management by establishing a clear process of governance and clear documented project plans. Including timelines and critical paths, interdependencies, project partner mapping and engagement, and ensure all workstreams deliver on time. Bringing interventions at the right point to ensure project are on track.
Key Responsibilities: Project management of marketing workstreams for new offer projects with regular stakeholder / project team updates, partner engagement and governance.Ensure product delivery and milestones are on track, bringing intervention when required for the right level of escalation.Act as the project management interface with teams outside of marketing for updates and to ensure integration with other workstreams.Support project management within marketing to ensure the marketing offer development squad gets the right inputs at the right time.Ensuring engagement and clarity across all relevant marketing members to align one voice from Marketing.Key Skills: Strong project management of a complex, cross functional nature and cross geographical nature.Proactive and driven to engage senior partners and unknown parties to ensure follow up, timely delivery and escalation to decision makers and senior partners.Experience of product marketing / development, brand, comms & value proposition.Structured in thinking and an ability to put structured process and engagement in place.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.B2B experience within the automotive / lubricants sectors beneficial.Why Join our team?

Travel Requirement: Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role.
