Resident Medical Officer (RMO)   Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network, Riverland General Hospital, Berri Base Salary Classification - MDP2 - $87,934 to $142,159 p.a. (pro rata) managerial, on-call, etc allowances and private practice arrangements to be negotiated if applicable Employment Full time or Part Time - Ongoing Contracts (more than one available) Role Overview The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will contribute to the provision of high standard clinical services to patients of Riverland General Hospital allocated to acute services and in other clinical areas as required.  The Resident Medical Officer will be responsible for managing the care of patients, in consultation with the responsible Registrars, Consultants, Visiting Specialists, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.  The incumbent will actively contribute to continuous quality improvement activities and education activities. Qualifications Applicants must have a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General Registration.
