This is to be achieved by appropriately managing the activities of the Front Desk and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, maintaining professional standards of service, and ensuring that Crown Hotels policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to across the Front Office department.About YouYou'll bring the following:Hotel supervisory experience within a superior hotelStrong knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office suite of productsKnowledge of the Opera Property Management System or similar is advantageousAbility to effectively lead and motivate team membersAbility to inspire the team and have a strong focus on continuous performance improvement and developmentExperience managing day-to-day financial requirements such as ordering/reconciliations and effective labor managementTo be successful, you'll have:Hospitality or business-related qualification is preferredWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
