We currently have an opportunity for a Part Time Front Office Receptionist to join our vibrant Front Office Team.
As a Front Office Receptionist, you play a vital role in maintaining seamless and exceptional guest experiences from start to finish, ensuring our esteemed Members and Guests enjoy a truly memorable stay with us.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: Demonstrated experience within either Front Office, Reservations or with general administration. High attention to detail with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments. A demonstrated commitment to be part of a positive and supportive team. Experience within the Hospitality and/or Tourism industry is advantageous. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Provide friendly, courteous and professional services to all guests. Manage the guest room inventory and accounts efficiently, adhering to Hotel Procedures. Attend to check-in and check-out of guests in a professional manner. Liaise with other departments including Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience. Assist guests with general enquiries and provide local knowledge to offer personalised recommendations & insights.
