The Role We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:
Providing a high standard of customer serviceProcessing guest check-ins and outsAccurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accountsCoordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodationSupplying guests information regarding property and local areas of interestCompleting the day-to-day office administrationMaintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guestsWhat we look for To be successful in this role you will have: Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industryA passion for delivering exceptional Guest experienceProficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking SystemExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle cash transactions accuratelyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEnthusiastic and positive attitudeFlexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as neededCurrent driver's licence essentialBenefits to You Discounted accommodation at over 300 G'day Group holiday parks nationallyDiscounts with our G'day Rewards PartnersService recognition awardsAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramInternal promotions and opportunitiesHow to Apply Are you an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual looking for a dynamic role in the hospitality industry?
