Because creating unforgettable holidays is not just our job – it's in our nature.Job DescriptionNRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort, is located just north of Sydney but is a world away, on the picturesque Central Coast at Umina Beach.We offer an extensive range of camp/caravan sites and accommodation options, from beachfront townhouses to safari tents and our stylish glamtainers! Nestled between the bush and absolute beachfront, we offer a multitude of facilities for the young and young at heart; resort-style pools, a splash park, kids club including the Bear Grylls Survival Academy, and an onsite café.We pride ourselves on our standout guest service and ensuring our guests have the most memorable holiday experience.What you'll do:Reporting to the General Manager, you will form and play an integral part in our Head of Department structure. You will ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency and professionalism in the Front Office / Guest Services department. You will lead by example and your hard work and passion will be rewarded with plenty of responsibility and a real opportunity to shine!You will assist in providing managerial oversight and daily coordination to the front office team; from task allocation to team rosters and an escalation point for guest or team queries.
