You will wow our guests with your welcoming smile, bubbly personality and ability to think outside the box.
You will ensure that guests are welcomed warmly and are efficiently checked-in and checked-out.
You will also be responsible for any incoming phone calls to the property and delight with your familiarity of all accommodation offerings and services. What you'll bring: Outstanding customer service skills Well presented , friendly and welcoming Passionate about everything you do with a drive to be the best you Team-oriented Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, supporting your team and guests Reception/Front Office/Admin/Sales Agent or Customer facing experience preferred Park Management system experience, Newbook and/or RMS will be a huge bonus, but not necessary.
