The Kal Brew.Co restaurant offers breakfast and dinner (buffet and/or a la carte) to guests of the Motel.
The View on Hannans is looking for enthusiastic Front Office Assistants & Guest Service Agents to become part of the Front Office Team.
Tasks & Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager and Duty Managers, your duties will include:
Reception coverage as requiredAssisting with the over-seeing of a variety of shift periodsThe ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate: Good computer skills including Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of PMS systems (OPERA a distinct advantage)Passionate customer service advocate and being hands on during serviceImmaculate presentation, personal style and advanced communication skills, both oral and writtenGood organisational skillsBeing a self-motivated team player and willingness to use initiative and assist in problem solvingAbility to handle confidential informationAvailability to work on a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.Current WA RSA certificate.You will have a recent Police Clearance, appropriate references, full working rights or a current visa to work in Australia, must currently reside in Australia, and have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
