Front Of House Supervisor

We are looking for our next front of house supervisor to work closely with our existing management team.
They will also be responsible for running shifts and managing the team in our absence.
The candidate must have previous management experience, demonstrate good initiative, and possess a proactive attitude.
Must be amazing with people, have a real passion for the industry, and want to further their hospitality career with added responsibilities and experience in a range of areas.
Candidates must be available weekdays and weekends.
Hours and salary will be negotiable for the right person.
We are open till 5pm weekdays and 4pm weekends, so we offer no evenings, no split shifts, and we share weekend hours to ensure you won't have to work all weekend, every weekend.
Our pay rates are competitive, and we offer a relatively consistent roster providing stability in your personal life.

About The Role
This position offers negotiable hours.

Tasks within the role of second in charge will include:
The making of coffee as well as a range of cold beverages Cleaning Leading the team Closing store in evenings Stock level check, rotation, and ordering About You
Our ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience.

You will need the ability to work in an extremely busy fast-paced environment.
You must be able to work early mornings (we serve coffee from 6am and breakfast from 7am) and late afternoons.
Must also be available on weekdays and weekends.
You are punctual & reliable.
You should have the ability to run and be accountable for your own section, including maintaining stock levels whilst also ensuring your team is doing the same.
Must have an eye for detail and a flair for presentation.
You possess strong communication skills.
