Problem-Solving Ability: Quick on your feet, you can handle any situation with grace, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. What You'll Do: Oversee the daily operations of our bustling bakery café. Lead and inspire a team of baristas and servers to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Manage inventory, staffing, and scheduling to ensure the café runs efficiently. Solve any issues that come up, from customer inquiries to staff concerns, with a positive and proactive approach. Work closely with ownership to maintain a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere. Previous experience in food service or hospitality management a bonus but not essential.
